Anxiety
Health & Wellness Coaching

Whether in a one to one programme or workshop, we will work together to understand where you are at the present time in relation to your 'problem' and exactly where you wish to get to. We will identify the behaviours, thoughts and feelings that keep you stuck in old habits and develop techniques which help you move away from these to behaviours more in line with your values. By laying down a step-by-step plan of how you are going to move along your change journey and setting clear, SMART goals you will feel confident about what you need to do. I will be there alongside you providing non-judgemental and compassionate support. 

My practice is trauma informed and uses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT); Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Positive Psychology.​

I provide a community service visiting people in their own homes. If, for example, you would struggle to conduct video or phone appointments due to ME/CFS, Long Covid or pain.

Paying attention to our thoughts, feelings and bodily sensations gives us a chance to pause. Then we have a space to choose how we wish to respond in any given situation, instead of simply reacting out of habit. 


I use mindfulness throughout my clinical and coaching practice. While working with you, being mindful of myself, you and the process, enables me to provide you with my full attention and support. Introducing you to the concept of mindfulness can also improve your self awareness in the process of discovering what your values are, setting appropriate goals and keeping on track of changes you have chosen to make. This is not sitting cross legged undertaking regular seated meditation practice as I appreciate this is not everybody's cup of tea, unless off course this is what you want to learn to do! However developing self and other awareness enables us to make different, and often better, choices.

Breathworks Mindfulness for Health Course

A simple 8-week mindfulness and compassion course to give you the tools and skills to live well with your chronic pain or health condition.  

Chronic pain and ill-health can feel unbearable, debilitating, and unfair. Many people at the beginning of these courses say their life feels completely overshadowed by their pain and illness.

Couples Therapy
Mindfulness for Stress Course

8-week course in a supportive and friendly group setting which will teach you how to boost your happiness and well-being, find new sources of resilience, joy and calm in your life, and to cope with stress, anxiety, fear and depression.  Happiness is a skill. This is what the ancient practice of mindfulness teaches, and what modern psychology research has shown. The wonderful thing is that this skill, just like driving or dancing, can be learned, and it can stay with you for a lifetime. 

You will learn the foundational skills of mindfulness, compassion, and meditation, and how to apply them in your life in a way that really makes a difference.

Clinical/Corporate Workshops

Do you want to bring mindfulness into the workplace? Help your staff and colleagues become better able to identify and begin to manage stress in their lives and build resilience. A workshop teaching you mindfulness and/or coaching techniques with taught, practical and discussion elements could help.

Adolescent Therapy
Drop-in sessions

Peer support is so important to enable people to feel validated and not so alone with their chronic condition. Attending my weekly drop-in sessions will support this. You will also learn a self-management tool, which you will practice and have the ability to discuss challenges and/or barriers with your peers.
